Job summary

BlueWorx Staffing, LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking skilled Welders to join a precision manufacturing environment. You will perform fit welding and fabrication according to blueprints, using MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore processes, and conduct first article inspections with precision tools.

Responsibilities include laying out components, inspecting welds, meeting production schedules, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should have 2+ years of welding experience and be prepared for 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to meet quality and production standards.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Must own or be willing to purchase basic welding tools and a locking toolbox.
• Ability to work 2nd shift schedule.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and climb for most of the shift.
• Ability to climb on or into machines to evaluate parts and fixtures.
• Ability to move and position materials up to 70 lbs with assistive devices when possible.

Responsibilities

• Fit and weld parts according to blueprints and schematics.
• Layout components accurately on welding tables.
• Perform first article inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Utilize MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding processes.
• Inspect welds and finished parts to ensure quality standards.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high workmanship standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety procedures.
• Wear proper PPE and follow all safety policies.
