Accurate Tooling Solution is seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. You will read blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate metal components using MIG, TIG and stick welding, ensuring quality and safety in all work.

You will measure precisely with calipers and micrometers and collaborate with teammates to meet production goals. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder or similar role in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient reading of blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with welding tools and equipment, including soldering tools.
• Basic math for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) and stand long shifts.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality work.
• Welding certification is preferred but not mandatory.
