Responsibilities include laying out components, inspecting welds, meeting production schedules, and maintaining safety standards. Candidates should have 2+ years of welding experience and be prepared for 2nd shift.

Formación

• Experience with MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to meet quality and production standards.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• Must own or be willing to purchase basic welding tools and a locking toolbox.
• Ability to work 2nd shift schedule.
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and climb for most of the shift.
• Ability to climb on or into machines to evaluate parts and fixtures.
• Ability to move and position materials up to 70 lbs with assistive devices when possible.

This position focuses on fit welding and fabricating parts to exact specifications using blueprints and detailed schematics. Welders will frequently use precision measuring equipment to perform first article inspections and ensure components meet strict quality standards. The role requires experience working with multiple metals and welding processes including MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore.
