Job summary

Diversified Sourcing Solutions is seeking skilled Welders to join a fast-paced manufacturing team. You will perform welding on metal components to produce strong, precise, and high-quality welds, while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, inspecting welds, and operating welding equipment (MIG/TIG/Stick as applicable) safely. You will support fabrication and assembly tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Knowledge of MIG, TIG, or Stick welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Weld on metal components using MIG/TIG/Stick as applicable.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, or specifications.
• Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and adherence to standards.
• Operate welding equipment safely and maintain tools.
