The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly, work independently, and support continuous improvement in the welding department. Training for entry-level welders is available.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure correct parts.

• Train entry-level welders when needed.
• Coordinate product flow through welding department for efficiency.
• Adhere to QC quality protocols.
