Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to read and interpret detailed work orders and blueprints.
• Must complete formal welding training or apprenticeship.
• Experience operating welding equipment and hand triggers.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand work orders and blueprints.
• Move the core into/out of welding booth; place on turntable/skid.
• Match tanks to each side of the core per blueprint.
• Tack corners and position tanks properly.
• Operate welding equipment and perform standard welding tasks.
• Weld additional components as required by blueprint.
• Weld all sides with appropriate rod; complete wash-down.
• Document and stamp the cooler after welding.
• Meet production quotas; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Report issues to supervisor; follow EMS policies.
• Maintain regular attendance as required.
