Nordson Industrial Coating Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our team in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on accurate documentation, shipping/receiving, and inventory processing, with forklift operation as needed.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and familiarity with warehouse processes. Candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of shipping/receiving/warehouse process and previous lift truck experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Minimize errors and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Locate the correct parts based on the order details and stock kanbans.
• Pack items using spray foam and inserts to prevent damage in transit.
• Process UPS and FedEx domestic orders with correct labeling and postage.
• Unpack and verify returned items; initiate RMA in the system.
• Receive supplier deliveries, verify against POs, and process into inventory.
• Safely operate forklifts for movement of large/heavy items.
