Job summary

Niels Fugal Sons Company, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Technician to manage receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. You will ensure orders are filled accurately, track inventory, and follow safety and packaging guidelines while operating equipment and handling materials to support the team.

Responsibilities include preparing shipments, verifying stock, communicating shortages, and loading/unloading with forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record.
• Able to pass a DOT medical exam for a medical card.
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer and inventory control systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment according to pick tickets and customer requirements.
• Check and verify inventory to ensure availability of needed stock.
• Notify supervisor of shortages and packaging material restocking needs.
• Package and ship products according to guidelines.
• Stock warehouse shelves and put away new materials.
• Organize pick tickets and cross-check with packing slips and work orders.
• Receive, unload, and inspect shipments; confirm accuracy with packing slips and purchase orders.
• Operate dolly, pallet jack, and forklift for loading and unloading materials.
• Other duties as assigned.
