Responsibilities

• Minimize errors and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Receive supplier deliveries and verify against purchase orders.
• Inspect received goods and process them into inventory.
• Process UPS and FedEx domestic orders and ensure correct labeling.
• Initiate the RMA process for returns in the system.
• Locate parts based on order details and pull accurately.
• Pack orders using foam inserts to protect items during shipping.
• Safely operate forklift for movement of large/heavy items.

Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities

Attention to Detail:

• Required to minimize errors and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.

Reliability (Attendance, Task Trustworthiness)

• Must consistently adhere to work schedules.
• Must be dependable in carrying out responsibilities to completion.

Parts Order Pulling

• Locate the correct parts based on the order details. Stocking kanbans.
• Ensure proper pulling, packing, and labeling of parts orders for shipping.

Order Packing

• Utilize spray foam and pre-shaped foam inserts to secure items in shipping boxes.
• Ensure that all items are packed in a manner that prevents damage during transit.

Shipping Orders

• Process UPS and FedEx domestic orders through the respective shipping software.
• Ensure that all packages have correct labeling and postage before dispatch.

RMA Receiving

• Unpack returned items and verify their condition.
• Initiate the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process in the system.

Receiving

• Receive supplier deliveries and verify against purchase orders.
• Inspect the condition of received goods and process them into inventory.

Forktruck Operation

• Safely operate forklifts for the movement of large and heavy items

Education And Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of shipping/receiving/warehouse process and previous lift truck experience preferred

• Ability to teach others with compassion and understanding that all people learn differently
