Qualifications

• Must have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Basic understanding of shipping/receiving/warehouse processes and lift truck experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual dexterity tasks with tools.

Responsibilities

• Minimize errors and ensure accurate documentation.
• Perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Receive supplier deliveries and verify against purchase orders.
• Inspect received goods and process them into inventory.
• Process UPS and FedEx domestic orders and ensure correct labeling.
• Initiate the RMA process for returns in the system.
• Locate parts based on order details and pull accurately.
• Pack orders using foam inserts to protect items during shipping.
• Safely operate forklift for movement of large/heavy items.
