You will inspect vehicles for wear, damage, and prior repairs, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to program standards. Strong customer service and data-entry skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year automotive experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in a professional manner with customers (dealer or consumer).
• Resolve customer inquiries in a friendly, courteous manner and advise management of complaints.
• Inspect vehicles for signs of wear, tear, neglect, damage, prior repairs or structural issues.
• Capture data accurately on a mobile device and use related software.
• Submit completed condition reports using the provided technology.
