FastTrack Staffing in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Manual / Conventional Machinist at a Direct Hire, Full-Time basis. Pay ranges from $30 to $40 per hour, depending on experience.

You will set up and operate lathes, mills, and grinders, machining turbine components and related parts. The role requires reading blueprints, applying precise tolerances, and performing quality checks with precision instruments.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent; machining certification is a plus.
• Experience as a Manual/Conventional Machinist or similar role.
• Experience machining turbine components, rotating equipment, or heavy industrial parts preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set up and operate manual/conventional machining equipment (lathes, mills, grinders).
• Machine, repair, and modify turbine/rotating components to precise tolerances.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements.
• Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments.
• Assist in disassembly, repair, and reassembly of mechanical components as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and adhere to safety protocols and teamwork.
