Qualifications

• Experience operating manual machining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and related equipment.
• Machine components to specifications using blueprints and drawings.
• Perform precision measurements with micrometers, calipers, and similar tools.
• Inspect finished parts for conformance to standards.
• Assist with repair and refurbishment of rotating equipment components.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and suggest corrective actions.
• Maintain tools and workspace in a clean, organized manner.
