Job summary

Vertical Flow Industries is hiring for a Manual Engine Lathe Machinist in Texas. This 100% hands-on role uses a Summit Engine Lathe to perform OD/ID threading, boring, and tooling setup. Strong blueprint reading and precise machining are essential.

We offer a full-time, in-person position with full benefits and weekly pay. Candidates should have at least 3 years of lathe experience and reliable transportation. Health, dental, life, and vision insurance are provided.

Manual Engine Lathe Machinist

* Job pays based on experience $28.00- $30.00

We are seeking an experienced Manual Engine Lathe Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating manual lathes, specifically with experience in OD/ID single point threading, ID/OD boring, and tooling setup. This position is 100% hands-on and involves working with a Summit Engine Lathe.

Responsibilities for Manual Engine Lathe Machinist:

• Perform OD/ID single point threading.
• Conduct ID/OD boring operations.
• Set up tooling for various machining tasks.
• Machine parts to turbine pump standards.
• Assemble vertical turbine pumps.
