Job summary

ETE REMAN in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is seeking a Disassembler to initiate the remanufacturing process and support production lines. You will carefully disassemble transmission cores, preserve parts, and help teammates meet daily demands and maintain smooth workflow on the line.

You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work with hands-on tools. A high school diploma is preferred, and a strong safety mindset is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Attention to detail required for disassembly work.
• Ability to handle manual tools and mechanical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble transmissions and maintain one piece flow, avoiding mix-ups.
• Perform basic inspection of parts and inform leads of issues.
• Process at least 2 units per hour and assist others when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow procedures.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment as required.
• Assist with training new personnel and communicate issues promptly.
• Be proactive, flexible, and dependably attend shift deadlines.
