Job summary

ETE REMAN, based in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Sub Assembler to provide high quality parts and subassemblies to production lines. You will inspect parts, clean and assemble components of a transmission for production following our process and procedures, helping teammates meet daily demands.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced remanufacturing environment. Candidates should be able to lift 50 pounds, stand long hours, and adhere to established quality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma preferred.
• Able to read measurements, part lists and instructions.
• Willingness to work with chemicals and get dirty at times.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours.

Responsibilities

• Inspect parts and build subassemblies for production.
• Process at least 2 units per hour and assist teammates.
• Ensure parts are clean, undamaged, and ready for assembly.
• Verify accuracy of assemblies and readings per work instructions.
• Follow safety rules and maintain an organized work area.
