Qualifications

• Mechanical background and ability to read gauges and dimensions.
• HS diploma preferred; good attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect parts, build transmissions, and maintain smooth production flow.
• Assemble one or more units per hour and assist teammates as needed.
• Ensure parts are clean and in good condition for building.
• Follow detailed assembly instructions and quality checks.
• Operate safely and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
