Alinabal - Manufacturing Facilities is seeking a skilled Tool and Die Maker to design, build, and repair tooling on a precision-focused floor in Milford, CT. You will read blueprints, operate CNC and manual equipment, and ensure parts meet stringent quality standards.

You will inspect tooling, document maintenance, and collaborate with engineering to drive improvements while maintaining a safe, organized toolroom on a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Tool and Die Maker experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Fluency in blueprint reading, technical drawings, and schematics.
• Proficiency with machining tools (including CNC), measurement, and hand metrology.
• Sharp troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of safety standards and PPE use.
• Experience in transfer tooling, miniature retainer bearings.

Responsabilités

• Design and build tooling from engineering prints and work orders.
• Operate manual and CNC equipment to create precision components.
• Inspect, test, and verify tooling to meet safety and performance standards.
• Diagnose and repair tooling issues to reduce downtime.
• Perform routine PM and maintain accurate records of specs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to solve problems and drive improvements.
• Maintain an organized toolroom and follow PPE and safety protocols.
