Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship/vocational training is a plus.
• 5+ years of Tool Maker experience in manufacturing.
• Able to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of milling, turning, grinding, and EDM processes.
• Experience with manual and CNC tool room equipment.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, alter, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering specs.
• Set up and operate conventional and CNC machinery: lathes, mills, grinders, EDMs.
• Perform precision measurements with inspection tools to ensure conformity.
• Troubleshoot tooling issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
