Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Strong measurement skills and shop mathematics knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and CNC machine tools including lathes and mills.
• Read blueprints and determine tooling, feeds, speeds, and sequence of operations.
• Secure parts in fixtures, adjust tooling, and monitor finishes during production.
• Inspect work with gauges, calipers, micrometers, and CMM for conformance.
