Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as a Tool and Die Maker.
• Proficiency with CAM software is desired.
• Ability to read and interpret technical prints.
• Strong manual dexterity and use of precision measuring tools.
• Knowledge of metal properties and engineering materials.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical prints to understand required parts.
• Set up and operate surface grinder, CNC mill, CNC lathe, and manual mills/lathes.
• Manufacture and repair tools, dies, fixtures and production equipment.
• Maintain 6S and quality standards; follow ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Inspect finished parts and test products for functionality and quality.
