Responsibilities

• Perform quality welds using TIG and/or Laser processes.
• Read and understand blueprints and welding callouts in designs.
• Use measuring methods and tools such as calipers, micrometers, and scales.
• Operate manual welding equipment and flame-cutting equipment as needed.
• Conduct assessments to verify critical weld requirements are met.
• Ensure proper fixturing and fit-up before welding.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with team to drive continual improvement.
