Job summary

Alinabal - Manufacturing Facilities is seeking a Precision TIG Welder to turn blueprints into high-quality parts on a per-job basis. You will set up the TIG station, weld thin gauge material with clean penetration, and verify quality before inspection while maintaining records in our system.

The role requires reading blueprints, working with TIG (MIG knowledge a plus), and collaborating with teams to stay on schedule in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must weld thin-gauge material with solid penetration and clean appearance.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Proficient in TIG welding; MIG knowledge is a plus.
• Strong math and measurement skills; basic production software familiarity.
• Organized, self-starting and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG welding operations to assemble fabricated metal products efficiently for maximum throughput.
• Meet time and schedule targets; manufacture to spec and verify work prior to inspection.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and proper fluid levels; return all fixtures and tooling upon job completion.
• Make routine decisions, solve basic manufacturing issues, and elevate when needed.
• Coordinate workflow with peers; communicate clearly across shifts and functions.
• Identify setup reduction and Lean process improvements; communicate ideas to the appropriate 6S team lead.
• Use the E2 management system in line with company standards and documentation practices.
