Job summary

MASS Precision, Inc. in Fremont, CA is seeking a skilled Welder to perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals used in sheet metal manufacturing.

The role requires strong attention to tolerances and the ability to read engineering drawings and weld symbols. You will set up and operate TIG welding equipment, inspect finished parts, document production results in the ERP system, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

• Three years of hands-on TIG welding experience required; three to five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, carbon steel, and other materials.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, weld symbols, and customer specifications.
• Inspect completed parts with minimal supervision to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
