Reader Precision Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Swiss CNC Operator to join a high-tech machining facility in Wisconsin. You will operate Swiss CNC machines, interpret blueprints, and focus on part quality while maintaining workflow with the production team.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Swiss CNC operating experience.
Formal training or certification in CNC machining preferred.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
Experience with inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, etc.).
Knowledge of routine maintenance for CNC machines.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Operate Swiss CNC machines to perform turning, drilling, boring, threading & milling per specs.
Inspect parts using precision tools to ensure conformance.
Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to meet job requirements.
Make basic tool and machine adjustments to maintain tolerances.
Record production data and maintain documentation.
Follow safety protocols and maintain clean work area.
Troubleshoot machine and bar feeder alarms as needed.
Collaborate with production team to maintain workflow.
