Job summary

Must have experience with CNC Swiss machines (Citizen or Tsugami), and be proficient with calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. You will perform wear offsets and tool changes, identify wear or non-conforming conditions, and keep tools

• Ability to perform wear offsets and tool changes with approval.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading parts.
• Starting and stopping jobs while monitoring cycle consistency.
• Performing in-process gauging using calipers, micrometers, height gauges.
• Making wear offset adjustments to maintain accuracy.
• Identifying tool wear or non-conforming conditions and addressing them.
• Changing standard tools (inserts, drills) to keep machines running.
