We are looking for a CNC Operator to manufacture parts per customer specifications using CNC Single Spindle Swiss Screw machines and CNC Lathes. Openings include weekend and midweek shifts: Sunday-Tuesday with alternating Wednesday 5am-5:30pm or 5pm-5:30am; Thursday-Saturday with alternating Wednesday

Qualifications

• Must read and understand blueprints and operating instructions.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Math competency at 8th grade or greater.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Quality and results driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all safety regulations.
• Comply with Quality System requirements.
• Completing routine inspections on each machine in accordance with the FAIR inspection plan
• Operate CNC Single Spindle Swiss Screw Machines and/or CNC Lathes.
• Moves parts to CNC Cell completion Rack of each shift
• Immediately report any concerns to the Tool Tech and/or Production Supervisor/Lead
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Remove chips from machine daily to reduce interference with normal operation
• Responsible for overall operations of the team and production performance (both quantity and quality)
