Qualifications

• 1+ years of set-up and operating a Swiss CNC (required).
• Ability to read and interpret machining instructions and blueprints.
• Demonstrated skill in measuring parts to verify tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Read machining instructions, blueprints, work orders, and specification sheets to define machine settings and fixtures.
• Power up/down the machine, load/unload parts, and ensure proper tooling.
• Set up/operate machine to verify accuracy of CNC settings and calculate controls for speed, feed, and cutting parameters.
• Verify conformance of parts to specifications using measuring tools and a gear checker.
