Sushi by Scratch Restaurants in Chicago is seeking a disciplined kitchen professional to execute recipes, maintain a clean station, and uphold SBS standards. You’ll contribute to high-standard service in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment.

Candidates must have 2+ years kitchen experience (fine dining or high-standard kitchens) and be legally eligible to work in the U.S.; ServSafe certification preferred or obtainable before starting; strong attention to detail and teamwork are

Competenze

• 2+ years of kitchen experience, fine dining or high-standard kitchens preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Current ServSafe Food Handler or ability to obtain before starting.
• Reliability, punctuality, and consistency in prep + service.
