Qualifications

• Five or more years of metal stamping setup experience.
• Experience with progressive, compound, and secondary‑operation dies.
• Experience with coil‑fed stamping operations and related material‑feeding equipment.
• Experience with ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 / AS9100 or similar quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up presses and tooling in accordance with work instructions and drawings.
• Verify tooling IDs and revision levels against work orders and documentation.
• Load, thread, and adjust coil stock through feeders and tooling.
• Meet setup and changeover time targets and produce first‑piece samples.
• Document production and quality records accurately and raise concerns promptly.
• Maintain safe, organized work area and support continuous improvement.
