Job summary

Multilink in Elyria, OH, is seeking a production associate to assemble sub-assemblies and finished products to required specifications. You will use hand and air-powered tools, apply sealants, read blueprints, and maintain a clean, safe work area while supporting team goals.

Responsibilities include training new teammates, monitoring output, performing basic quality checks, and assisting with preventative maintenance.

• Must read and understand blueprints, tape measure and calipers.
• Demonstrated ability to implement or respond to change.
• Safety conscious behavior and excellent attendance.
• Strong teamwork and effective communication with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Train new team members.
• Assist supervisor in setup and readiness of jobs for production.
• Monitor team performance and attendance; report issues.
• Operate hand and air-powered tools and apply lubricant sealant per guidelines.
