Job summary

Multilink in Elyria, OH is seeking a detail-oriented assembler to read blueprints, use hand tools, and assemble sub-assemblies and finished products to exact specifications.

You will work with drills, bandsaws, and other equipment, perform basic wiring per diagrams, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and support a collaborative team focused on quality and on-time delivery. Experience in manufacturing preferred; must pass pre-employment drug screen; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to read shop drawings and tape measures.
• Basic math and blueprint reading skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools and machinery per blueprints and routers.
• Read blueprints, job routers, and wiring diagrams to guide assembly.
• Perform basic wiring according to diagrams and connection points.
• Package and stack finished goods for shipment with proper packing tools.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed (pallet jacks, forklift if certified).
• Support and communicate with team members and other departments.
