Job summary

United Equipment Accessories, Inc. is seeking an Assembly Employee to review blue prints and work instructions to produce accurate work while meeting safety and quality standards. You will operate assembly machinery and assemble components, aiming for minimal waste in a clean, organized workspace.

This full-time position requires basic math, fluent English, and strong attention to detail. You may work with others to complete orders and ensure quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

  • Follow rules and processes as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Safety and Quality Manuals.
  • Maintain a positive work attitude reflecting UEA Core Values.
  • Review blue prints, work instructions and production schedule to meet specifications and time frames.
  • Operate assembly machinery to join, solder, attach, or assemble components as specified.
  • Record work in process and labor data using ERP systems.
  • Keep a tidy, safe, and organized work area and report malfunctions.
