Qualifications

• Experience processing specimen requisitions and entering data into lab systems.
• Verify specimens match physician orders and are properly labeled for testing.
• Prioritize STAT and time-sensitive specimens to support timely patient care.
• Print, organize, and distribute patient charts and related documentation.
• Provide courteous, professional help to internal and external customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper handling of specimens and biohazard materials.
• Follow QA, confidentiality, safety and PPE requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Laboratory Operations and Processing Management.
