Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with soldering or electronics assembly preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings.
• Detail-oriented with quality-focused mindset.
• US Citizenship is required for defense/aerospace work.

Responsibilities

• Perform SMT, through-hole, and mechanical assembly of PCBs.
• Assemble RF modules, systems, and subsystems per drawings.
• Operate and maintain soldering, paste, reflow, and pick-and-place equipment.
• Generate high-quality assemblies and minimize rework.
• Document manufacturing activities per AS9100 procedures.
• Collaborate with Production Lead to meet schedules.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Support multiple production tasks as needed.
• Pursue certifications to advance soldering skills.
