Qualifications

• Experience with precision soldering and mechanical/electrical assembly.
• Ability to read assembly drawings, BOMs and instructions.
• U.S. Citizen able to obtain DoD clearance.
• Detail-oriented with quality and traceability focus.
• Self-motivated, capable of prioritizing in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision soldering and rework per IPC-A-610 or equivalent.
• Assemble complex electronic/microelectronic components with hardware.
• Operate SMT equipment including printers, placers and ovens.
• Load/verify SMT feeders, changeovers, and inventory components.
• Inspect assemblies for placement, solder quality, polarity, and workmanship.
