Job summary

Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH seeks an Electronic Assembler to support military and space missions by assembling electronic components, wires and microcircuits with microscopes. You will interpret schematics, cut and tin wires, and ensure quality with IPC-WHMA-A-620 standards.

Onsite role requiring two years soldering experience; benefits include health insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years soldering experience with THT and SMT hand soldering practices
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics

Responsibilities

• Solder various electronic components, wires and other parts to PCB locations.
• Interpret wiring diagrams and schematics for layout and specifications.
• Wire cutting, stripping and tinning to exact lengths.
• Solder and crimp connectors; route wires and form harnesses.
• Perform IPC-WHMA-A-620 compliant visual inspections and continuity checks.
• Record activity into a database; assist Test Equipment Engineers with rack testing.
