Job summary

EmployBridge seeks a Certified Solderer for a part-time, 1st shift role to perform precision soldering, assembly, inspection and rework of electronic components and assemblies.

The position requires IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification and hands-on soldering of SMT, through-hole, and wire/cable assemblies. Reading drawings and attention to detail are essential, with ESD and safety procedures in place.

Qualifications

• IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification required
• Minimum 2 years electronics soldering experience
• Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Experience with RF, aerospace, or high-rel electronics is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering of SMT, through-hole, and wire/cable assemblies
• Read and follow assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform rework and repairs as needed
• Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures
