Job summary

Adecco is staffing for a growing manufacturing company in Keene, NH seeking an experienced Soldering Technician for the 1st shift. The role involves hand soldering, reading blueprints and schematics, and assembling electronic components in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications include soldering experience in electronics, blueprint reading, use of hand/power tools and measuring devices, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous soldering experience in a manufacturing or electronics environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electronic schematics.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand soldering on electronic components, wires, and PCBs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Assemble electronic and electromechanical products using hand tools and precision equipment.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure products meet quality and customer specifications.
• Identify and repair solder defects while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Utilize measuring devices and inspection tools to verify product accuracy.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and follow established manufacturing procedures.
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
