Advantage Technical is seeking a Hand Solderer for the 1st shift in Salem, NH. This mid-level role focuses on soldering PCBA assemblies, including both SMT and through-hole components, with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include performing soldering to IPC Class 2 standards, supporting assembly, rework, inspections, and maintaining quality records; you will collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams while following all safety and ESD procedures.

Qualifications

• Soldering of SMT and thru-hole components to IPC Class 2 standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic soldering issues and deliver high-quality work.
• Maintain production records and quality logs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Support PCBA assembly, rework, and troubleshooting of moderate complexity.
• Conduct inspections, identify defects, and correct issues independently.
• Maintain production records, quality logs, and ensure adherence to build documentation.
• Participate in rework processes.
• Collaborate effectively with production, quality, and engineering teams.
• Escalate issues to senior solderers or supervisors for troubleshooting when needed.
• Follow all ESD, safety, and company quality procedures.
