OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Temp Solder Operator for Altaflex within OSI Electronics. The role requires hand soldering through-hole and surface-mount components, performing rework, inspecting solder joints under magnification, and following drawings and work instructions to meet quality standards.

You will use torque drivers and small hand tools as needed and document production activities. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, 3+ years soldering experience, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of soldering experience in manufacturing.
• Able to read assembly drawings and engineering docs.
• Must read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Hand solder through-hole and surface-mount components and assemble hardware.
• Perform basic rework, component replacement and inspect solder joints.
• Follow routings, work instructions, and BOM to complete operations.
• Operate torque drivers and small tools; maintain records accurately.
