Job summary

OSI Electronics, a division of OSI Systems, is seeking a Temp Solder Operator to install surface mount and through-hole components, perform rework, and ensure quality and traceability. You will hand-solder under magnification, follow routings and drawings, maintain records, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment in Santa Clara, CA.

Requires high school diploma, 3+ years soldering experience; strong manual dexterity and ability to read

Qualifications

• 3+ years of soldering or manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of soldering, PCB assembly, and component identification.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and basic engineering docs.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Solder through-hole and surface-mount components under magnification.
• Perform rework and component replacement with quality inspection.
• Follow production routings and customer requirements.
• Maintain production, quality, and traceability documentation.
