Job summary

OSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Coverlay/Stiffener Application Operator for Altaflex, focused on preparing, aligning, tacking, and inspecting materials for flex circuits. You will work in a fast-paced, on-site production environment and utilize a microscope to ensure accuracy.

Requirements include 1 year in PCB/FPCB manufacturing, strong hand-eye coordination, and the ability to read technical drawings and SOPs. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of PCB/FPCB manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow technical drawings and SOPs.
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Coverlay and Stiffener materials and tack to flex circuits using a microscope.
• Operate lamination equipment to apply stiffeners and layers per specs.
