Responsibilities

• Set up SMT components on feeders and tear down SMT line.
• Operate SMT machine, load parts, adjust settings as needed.
• Monitor daily production output, priorities, scrap, quality, and processes.
• Ensure targets are met and seek continuous improvement.
• Manage shift priorities and staffing to meet deadlines.
• Adhere to established manufacturing procedures and safety guidelines.
