Dynamic Source Manufacturing Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking an SMT Operator for a full-time position on our SMT line. You will set up and tear down equipment, operate printers and ovens, and ensure products meet IPC standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of SMT experience, ability to read drawings, and basic MS Office skills. Training includes IPC-A-610, safety and quality policies, with shift options and potential overtime.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years SMT operation experience preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend engineering drawings and instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic machine applications.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and tear down of SMT line and associated machinery.
• Operate SMT machine, printers and ovens.
• Review and interpret IPC, internal and customer documents.
• Machine edits and in-process troubleshooting.
• Archive of machine generated reports.
• Perform scheduled machine preventative maintenance.
• Produce product to IPC standards.
• Participate and adhere to DSM safety policies and practices.
• Performs other duties as required.
