Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in lamination and slitting or related manufacturing.
• Experience filling out production paperwork and inspecting materials.
• Ability to thread film, adjust parameters, and check material size and type.
• Familiarity with identifying defects and basic machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and optimize slitting equipment according to specs.
• Check machine safety features, load materials, and start operations.
• Inspect materials for defects and ensure product meets specs.
• Document quality checks and production data for traceability.
• Assist in maintenance during downtime and support training.
