Job summary

Iconex LLC in Lancaster, PA is seeking a warehouse/production associate to load raw materials, unload finished goods, build and label boxes, and operate a bagger and tape machine.

You will read copy folders, complete quality paperwork, and follow all safety policies while contributing to CI tasks and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail and teamwork.
• Must comply with safety standards and maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and loads raw materials (PS Stock, Paper, Boxes, Cores).
• Identifies and unloads finished goods.
• Builds & labels boxes and then packs and seals boxes.
• Operates bagger and tape machine.
• Read and understand copy folder and supporting documentation.
• Complete all quality related paperwork.
