Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in silicone injection molding preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Experience in ISO/FDA environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and tend silicone rubber injection molding presses.
• Read specs and work orders to determine settings and sequences.
• Inspect parts for defects using precision instruments.
• Maintain molds and related equipment; document data in ERP.
• Meet production efficiency and quality standards.
• Follow safety and quality procedures.
