Job summary

EXALTA in Kenosha, WI is seeking a skilled operator to setup, operate and tend silicone rubber injection molding presses to produce parts that meet specifications. You will read blueprints and work orders to determine process settings and production sequences, verify outputs, and document data in the ERP system.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of silicone molding experience, good measurement skills with calipers and micrometers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ISO/FDA environment

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Experience in ISO/FDA environments is preferred.
• Follows precise measurement and quality-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate and tend silicone rubber injection molding machines.
• Read specifications and work orders to determine settings and sequences.
• Inspect molded components for surface and dimensional accuracy.
• Maintain molds, tooling and records; perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Document production data in ERP system and ensure traceability.
