Job summary

EXALTA Group in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Cleaner/Deflasher for second shift to ensure medical instruments meet quality standards. You will clean, deflash, assemble pads, and document production data in the ERP system.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong manual dexterity, and the ability to work in ISO/FDA environments while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience in ISO/FDA environment preferred.
• Proficient in math, including basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Clean medical instruments and remove flash from product.
• Clean and package product based on customer requirements and BMI standards.
• Provide deflashing of product for customer orders.
• Assemble and glue pads onto assemblies.
• Deflash using knives, polishing wheels, dremels, cutters and picks.
• Inspect parts and ensure conformance to standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Document production data in ERP system and paperwork per ISO 13485 and FDA requirements.
